At Style It or Stage It Design, we believe every homeowner deserves to live in a space they love that reflects their personal style without spending a fortune.
Our team is focused on helping you transform your space based on your lifestyle and budget. To help you achieve your design goals, our team will walk through a lifestyle questionnaire to learn more about your home, the people that live in it, the space you are looking to transform and what your vision is for that space.
Style It or Stage It Design provides a two-hour consultation where we use our expertise to select the items you need to achieve your design goals. Those would include:
- Paint color selection
- Furniture placement/floorplan
- Trim work/storage options
- Artwork recommendations
- Area rug selection
- Window treatment recommendations
- Accessorizing
At the end of the consultation session, our team will leave you with a storyboard and design plan along with vendor resources to help you execute your design project.
Included in our consultation is a one-time email with a follow-up question. If you need additional support and design recommendations beyond the one email request, that can be provided for an additional fee.
Stage It!

At Style It or Stage It Design, we believe homeowners deserves to showcase their home to prospective buyers to get the best offer.
Our team helps to give that outside perspective of first impressions to develop a plan of action to have your home ready for your agent to list.
Style It or Stage It Design provides a one-hour consultation & walk through where we use our expertise to create a plan of for you to easily execute. Includes a room-by-room checklist of action items such as:
- Exterior/Curb Appeal suggestions
- Paint color selection
- Furniture placement adjustments
- De-personalization
- Repairs or cleaning
- Simple additions in décor
At the end of the consultation session, our team will prepare this document along with vendor resources to help you execute. Included in our consultation is a one-time email with follow-up questions. If you need additional support and design recommendations beyond the one email request, that can be provided for an additional fee.
