This house was built in 2021 and is located in North Topsail Beach, NC. It is set on a great lot with views of the ocean and the sound. Just a short walk to public beach access one direction and short walk to sound access for kayaks and paddleboards in the other. We are excited to enjoy this house with our family and to be able to share it with yours!
2023 update: Chris and I sold this property at the height of the market to make a great ROI (return on investment) for this property. While we hated to let it go, it was definitely the right move to "flip" this property vs. continuing with a short term rental. It was such a fun and very successful project. Look out for what we get into next!
The living room with open kitchen and dining area is the first room you see when you enter the home. There is a door from the front porch and a door from steps underneath the house. We have room to seat 12 between the table and the bar and a 65″ TV with cable and Roku.
The family room is on the 2nd floor for that secondary hang out space with a pull out queen sofa bed, foosball and 65″ TV. This room also leads to the upper deck for the most amazing views.
There is a primary bedroom on the first floor with a king bed and a large bathroom with walk in shower.
